Frequently asked questions

Repairs

What types of repairs do you offer?

We handle all common kitesurfing equipment repairs: bladder replacement, canopy and fabric repairs, bridle line replacement and repair, valve servicing, seam repairs and hardware replacement. We work on kites, boards, bars and the accessories that go with them.

Can I send my equipment by mail?

Yes. We accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in Europe. Contact us to describe the condition of your gear, get a quote and arrange shipping. Photograph the damage before sending — it lets us give you a far more accurate estimate.

How long do repairs typically take?

Most repairs are finished within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the damage and the current workload. You get an estimated timeline when you hand in the job. Urgent repairs are often possible — call us to discuss your dates.

Do you offer a rush service?

Yes, we can usually take on expedited repairs for an additional fee. Call +34 647 57 07 37 to discuss an urgent job.

What sizes of equipment can you repair?

Any size, from small boards to large kites of 7 to 21 m and above. The workshop is equipped for all standard kitesurfing gear.

Parts

What replacement parts do you sell?

We stock and supply replacement bladders, valves and lines for all major kitesurfing brands, including Liquid Force, Slingshot, Best, Cabrinha, Naish and Duotone. Parts come from authorised distributors and manufacturers, so you get genuine OEM quality.

Do you sell complete bladders or individual components?

Both. You can buy a complete replacement bladder, or just the individual valve components — whichever suits the damage to your gear.

Can you supply parts for brands you do not list?

Usually, yes. We can often source parts for less common brands. Tell us what you need and we will check availability and send you a quote.

How do I know which parts fit my equipment?

Send us a photo or a description of your gear together with the brand and model year, and we will tell you the correct replacement part. You can also call +34 647 57 07 37 during opening hours.

Ordering and shipping

How can I order parts?

Our full online shop is still in development. Until it launches, order directly by phone or WhatsApp on +34 647 57 07 37, by direct message on Instagram (@tarifabladders) or Facebook, or in person at the workshop in Tarifa.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe. Shipping cost is calculated from weight and destination when you place the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, card payments and the major digital payment methods. The complete list of payment options goes live with the new website.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our parts and our repairs. Defective items can be returned or exchanged — contact us within 14 days if anything is wrong.

Prices and warranty

How much does a repair cost?

It depends on the type and extent of the damage. A simple valve replacement is roughly €15–30; a complete bladder replacement typically runs €60–150 depending on kite size and brand; canopy repairs start at €25 for a small seam. Quotes are free — send us the details of the damage.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes. Every repair carries a 6-month workmanship warranty. We guarantee our work will hold up to normal kitesurfing use — if something goes wrong within that period, we fix it at no cost.
